Experienced Professionals Guiding Safe
Compassionate Recovery
At Oak Antler Ranch Detox and Recovery, our leadership and medical team bring together decades of experience in addiction treatment, healthcare, recovery services, and program development. Our team is united by a shared belief that recovery is possible when people are treated with dignity, compassion, and professional care.
Many of our leaders also bring personal recovery experience, allowing them to connect with clients on a level that goes beyond credentials alone.

Following retirement, Mr. Franz continued to serve on the company’s board of directors for over 15 years.
